Hi all, I am just looking for a little advice. I purchased a z30 from telus. Obviously it is locked. I used quickphoneunlock.com to get a code. The issue is, the code did not work, and I am down to 7 out of 10 attempts (I tried twice as the instructions said, and then filmed me trying as requested, for the 3rd failed attempt).

To get to the 'Help Me!' screen follow these instructions for your type of phone:

The next screen you should look like this one:
MAKE NOTE OF THE IMEI NUMBER and check you have copied it correctly, this is ONE of the TWO details you need to include with your paypal payment.
Keep the phone on that screen do not move away from it.
Fill out the form below using the details you see on your phone it will make a password you type in to get into the hidden screen.
(use lowercase letters and no extra spaces)
(put a space between the number and the brackets, eg, 5.0.0.296[space](463)
(just numbers do not type the letters secs
(how many days the EScreen will remain hidden, 1 day is fine)

START TYPING THE PASSWORD ABOVE INTO THE HELP ME SCREEN
You will not see the digits as you type them, remember YOU MUST PRESS ALT BEFORE EACH NUMBER and and lowercase letters or multitap to enter the digits on SureType devices., if you get it wrong just retry again once the digits are entered correctly, the Engineering Screen will activate.
Once activated, the screen will look like this, Choose the OS ENGINEERING SCREENS option
Choose the DEVICE INFO option
Scroll down until you see a line starting with MEP, this is the MEP code.
