What’s Fixed in Mod Delay II Plug-In Version 6.7cs1 for Windows XP and Mac OS X?

Fixed: Mod Delay II will not follow Pro Tools tempo changes when in Tempo Sync Mode (Item #68082)

• The Mod Delay II plug-in will not follow tempo changes if the Mod Delay II Meter values are set to anything other than quarter-note resolution and Tempo Sync is enabled.
• Mod Delay II will set its delay time two times faster than the set tempo when Mod Delay II is in Tempo Sync mode and in eight-note resolution.

Who Should Use Mod Delay II 6.7cs1 for Windows XP and Mac OS X?

This update is recommended for all Mod Delay II users running Pro Tools version 6.7 and higher, including all Pro Tools 6.9.x versions.

Important: Mod Delay II 6.7cs1 for Windows XP and Mac OS X is provided as an interim 'customer support' (CS) release to address the issues described. While our testing has not shown these changes introduce other problems, this version has not been fully qualified by Digidesign.

DAE 6.2cs1 Fix for DigiRack Mod Delay II Plug-In

For Pro Tools LE 6.2 for Windows XP Japanese Version

The Pro Tools LE 6.2 for Windows XP Japanese release has a problem on playback where an 'Access violation error' can occur if the DigiRack Mod Delay II plug-in is instantiated. This 6.2cs1 version of the DAE files should be used to fix this problem.

Installation Instrucions

Download and expand the Windows ZIP (.zip) file.

Place the following included files:

• DAE.dll
• DAE.dll.rsr

In the following location on your C Drive or the drive where you have installed the Pro Tools application:

• Program FilesDigidesignPro Tools

Removing the 6.2 version of DAE files and replacing it with the this new version solves the problem on Pro Tools LE 6.2 for Windows XP Japanese version. No other Pro Tools versions have this problem.

You can use Mod Delay II v6.2 included with Pro Tools LE 6.2 for Windows XP Japanese version with this DAE instead of the previous fix of using version 6.1 of the Mod Delay II plug-in.

After importing Mod Delay settings into Mod Delay II, you must Save the settings file before it will appear in the Mod Delay II Settings pop-up menu. For backward compatibility with sessions created with previous versions of Pro Tools and the Mod Delay plug-in, place this Pro Tools 6.x for Windows XP compatible version of the Mod Delay plug-in in your Plug-Ins folder.

Installation Instrucions

Your Mod Delay II DigiRack plug-in should already be in that folder.

Note: The Mod Delay plug-in in this download is also included in your Pro Tools 6.x CD in the Extras or Beta folder. Version 6.0b1 is used for all v6.x systems.
